Loved this place. The Avenue of the Arts, is truly a 5 Star Boutique Hotel. Excellent dining options and scrumptious breakfast. The locations is in a great identify less than a mile to the Costa Mesa Town Center. The hotel sits adjacent to the Segerstrom Hall which is the Costa Mesa Performing Arts and concert theater. I'm not overly please with the nightly parking cost to be a Hotel guest (eleven.00 nightly) seems a scrap expensive; every bit in that location are no other options for parking. I all the same requite this a five*****.
